MANAJEMEN EKSTRAKURIKULER KEAGAMAAN DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER SISWA DI SMP ISLAM TERPADU AL-HIKMAH BANDAR MATARAM
Abstract
Extracurricular activities are educational activities outside formal class hours that play an important role in complementing students' character building. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of religious extracurricular management, as well as its role in shaping students' character at SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Hikmah Bandar Mataram. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, in-depth interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that religious extracurricular management includes structured program planning, scheduled implementation guided by competent instructors, and periodic evaluation. Activities organized include Al-Qur'an memorization, congregational prayer, character studies, and worship habituation. These activities have proven to have a positive impact in forming religious, disciplined, honest, and responsible character in students.
