Open Access Policy

Al-Muallim: Journal of Islamic Education Studies provides immediate open access to all its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access, which means that all articles are freely available on the journal's website without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided proper attribution is given.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
