Authors who publish with Al-Muallim: Jurnal Studi Pendidikan Islam agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Ownership
   Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant Al-Muallim: Jurnal Studi Pendidikan Islam the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, provided proper credit is given to the original authors and the source of the publication.

2. Non-Exclusive Distribution
   Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, or publish it in a book), provided they clearly acknowledge its initial publication in Al-Muallim: Jurnal Studi Pendidikan Islam.

3. Online Posting and Preprints
   Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, academic social networks, or on personal websites) before and during the submission process. This practice can lead to productive academic exchanges, as well as earlier and increased citation of the published work. 4. Open Access Commitment
   This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
