Parents are the first people a child interacts with after he is born. Children will imitate everything their parents do, children's behavior is a reflection of their parents' behavior. If this behavior continues to be done repeatedly it will become a habit, because children are great plagiarists in imitating every behavior carried out by their parents, especially if the child is still in their golden age. Golden age or known as "the golden age", this age is a very important period for a child. Education in this age range really determines a child's next stage of development. These golden years are in the range from 0 to 8 years, children at this age experience very significant development in the process of their developmental stages. This age period is important because during this period there is a maturation of physical and psychological functions that are ready to respond to stimulation coming from the environment. Parents certainly really want their children to have good abilities in studying the Koran. So this is where the importance of the role of parents in educating children to love the Qur'an more by giving advice about the importance of studying the Qur'an, while at the same time giving examples of how to learn the Koran in a good and correct way, starting from reading with mahrojul letters to good and correct tajwid so that tart reading can be realized. Educating children to be able to learn the Qur'an can be done through habituation, setting a good example for children not just giving orders, giving advice in a good way at the right time is important, and continuing to supervise children so that they are always consistent in learning the Qur'an. Do not hesitate to give praise when the child has achievements in learning the Qur'an, for example the child has been able to read the Qur'an with tartil and gives reprimands to measurable and educational punishments if the child makes mistakes while reading the Qur'an.
