Abstract
Abstract: This research aims to describe the implementation of classroom management in improving the effectiveness of learning for 12th-grade students at MA Daar Al Hikmah Seputih Mataram. This research aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management in improving the effectiveness of learning for 12th-grade students at MA Daar Al-Hikmah. This research is a type of qualitative research, conducted at MA Daar Al-Hikmah Seputih Mataram. Data collection methods were conducted thru observation, interviews, documentation, and data source triangulation. The main sources of this research are: 1. School principal, 2. Class advisor of grade XII, 3. Teachers, 4. Grade XII students of MA Daar Al-Hikmah. The technical process of data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which generate descriptive data in oral or written form from the researched sources, reflecting the actual conditions related to the implementation of classroom management in improving the learning effectiveness of twelfth-grade students at MA Daar Al-Hikmah Seputih Mataram. The research results indicate that classroom management can improve the effectiveness of student learning thru several teaching methods implemented, thus helping to shape students' good, disciplined, responsible, and active character. This implementation can have a positive impact on motivating students to learn. This study concludes that the implementation of classroom management in improving the effectiveness of student learning is effective in shaping students' better character.
