About the Journal
Al-Mudabbir: Jurnal Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Islam is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al Mubarok Lampung Tengah. Al-Mudabbir focuses on advancing knowledge and critical discourse in the fields of Islamic Education and Islamic Educational Leadership. It provides an academic platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and policymakers to share original research, theoretical studies, and best practices that contribute to the improvement of leadership, governance, and management within Islamic educational institutions.
