Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to understand how human resource management in the field of teaching staff is implemented at MA Darussalam Bumi Nabung, particularly in building teacher commitment and enhancing their activeness. The commitment and activeness of the teaching staff significantly affect the learning process and the achievement of the school's vision and mission. The study found that human resource management at MA Darussalam Bumi Nabung is carried out through several strategies, including appropriate recruitment and selection, teacher training and competency development, motivation and reward systems, and continuous performance evaluation. Through this approach, teaching staff are encouraged to be more committed and active in both classroom learning and other school-related activities. This study is a field research conducted directly at MA Darussalam Bumi Nabung. It employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, the study uses data source triangulation, technique triangulation, and theoretical triangulation.
