A Strategi Penanaman Akhlak Mulia Pada Anak Melalui Kegiatan Pramuka di SDN Terbanggi Mulya Kecamatan Bandar Mataram Kabupaten Lampung Tengah

Abstract

The researchers aimed to determine the process of instilling noble character in children through scouting activities and the types of activities that support  the instilling of noble character through scouting activities at SDN Terbanggi Mulya Elementary School in Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Regency. This research is a qualitative study, with SDN Terbanggi Mulya as the background. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. The sources of data for this study were the principal, scout leaders, and students of SDN Terbanggi Mulya. The data presentation process was carried out using a descriptive approach, namely describing various objective conditions found in the field regarding various matters related to the strategy of instilling noble character in children at SDN Terbanggi Mulya, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Regency. This study describes strategies for instilling noble character in children through scouting activities using several methods, such as the habituation method, the role model method, the advice method, and the supervision method. There are forms of activities that support the cultivation of noble character through scouting activities, including (1) Camping activities, in which scout members are trained to become leaders in a small group to lead themselves, (2) Marching Skills Training, which is a form of physical training necessary to instill habits in the manner of life that are directed towards the formation of character, (3) Pioneering Activities, which aim to foster a sense of togetherness, solidarity, and good cooperation between teams.
